Our client, a global leader in design and installation of smart factories and intralogistics automation solutions, is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager for their Melbourne branch.
The Role
* We are looking for a highly skilled professional to plan and coordinate all phases of on-site activities, from mobilisation to final installation.
* As Site Operations Manager, you will oversee the progress of works, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality and safety standards, and budgets.
* You will be responsible for organising and executing the final testing and commissioning of systems.
* In this role, you will serve as the primary interface between our client, external suppliers, and internal technical teams.
* Collaboration with Field Managers will be key, reporting on project progress and managing any issues that arise.
Key qualifications include Australian Permanent Residency, excellent command of English language, minimum 3 years experience as Site Manager or in coordinating complex construction/installation sites, background in related industries such as industrial automation or manufacturing, solid technical knowledge of automation systems, ability to read and interpret technical drawings, valid driver's license, full availability to travel, strong flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments, and excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
