**HR Officer (Part-Time)**

**Human Resources Officer** to join our growing team in
**Hoxton Park**.
Your role will focus on providing HR support to a diverse range of employees (White & Blue collar) and management at varying levels. You'll be joining an enthusiastic and close-knit HR team who enjoy sharing success and creating a positive work environment.

**Key Accountabilities**:
- Provide HR support to the HR Business Partner's and business units to improve performance and develop our teams capabilities
- Manage diverse employee relationships, expectations and inquiries
- Support with grievances, disciplinary and capability investigations
- Partner with HR colleagues across the business to monitor, review and update related policies
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to source capable talent to business units
- Help drive organisational performance by promoting core business objectives and key global projects
- Support Employee Development & Training by facilitating programs and being an advocate of a learning culture
**About You**:
- 2+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders
- Strong research skills and creative in your approach to solving problems
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Understanding of HR technology & systems
- A desire to learn and develop yourself!
- Bachelor's Degree in Business (Human Resources) or an HR specific certificate
- An Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
