* Work closely with the resourcing team to develop a broad network of suitable candidates for augmentation solutions
* Manage commercial negotiations for resource placement
* Ensure effective communication of opportunities to sales management and resourcing team
* Develop and maintain a sales territory plan and present this monthly
* Record and maintain sales statistics
