We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic professional who can provide end-to-end solutions for our valued customers. As a member of the Overseas Specialist Team, you will be responsible for delivering quality service, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with colleagues to drive positive change.
This is a hybrid role that requires working onsite 2-3 days per week at a partner university or in the office during local business hours. When working from home, you will follow a rotating roster between 8 AM and 8 PM Melbourne time. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through occasional presentations to stakeholders and customers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to think on their feet, and remain calm under pressure. They will also be passionate about solving problems and offering solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the health, finance, or insurance industry within Australia, be self-motivated, and willing to pursue ongoing learning and development outcomes. A current working with children check is required, but not compulsory if you are willing to obtain one.
