F&B Supervisor
Salary range: 66,********,000 AUD (full-time) or casual $***** per hour.
Location: Lasseters Hotel Casino, Alice Springs, NT.
We are looking for a dedicated F&B Supervisor to lead our hospitality team, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and a positive work environment.
You will manage both bar and breakfast operations and support a team committed to delivering quality service to our guests.
Responsibilities
Ensure that all F&B staff deliver prompt, efficient, and cordial attention to all guest needs.
Maintain clear communication throughout the department and provide leadership during shifts.
Assume responsibility for F&B outlets in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Respond efficiently to customer complaints and enquiries, initiating corrective action and reporting incidents to management.
Exceed customer expectations by providing prompt and courteous service, processing orders accurately and attending to guests' needs.
Deliver exceptional customer service, drive initiatives, and expand service boundaries – always looking for the next step.
Oversee opening and closing shifts, ensuring smooth operations ***** hours per week between 12:00 pm – 11:30 pm.
Qualifications
Previous F&B supervisory experience.
Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Live in or willing to relocate for the Alice Springs area.
