About the role:
You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, handling phone and email enquiries, bookings, and day-to-day admin while delivering a premium customer experience, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery.
What we're looking for:
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Excellent communication & professional phone etiquette
• Confident using computers and online booking systems
• Excellent local knowledge of Adelaide locations
• Strong general admin skills
• Sales-focused mindset with the ability to convert enquiries
