About the role
Step into a leadership role where creativity meets strategy. We're seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Digital Communications Manager to shape the visual identity, digital presence and online experience for the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport (CITS). You will oversee the department's brand and set the strategic direction for our website ecosystem and digital communications, ensuring CITS presents a cohesive, engaging and accessible face to the community. You will lead the team of creatives to deliver brand storytelling, digital innovation and accessible design.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the department's brand and set strategic direction for website ecosystem and digital communications.
* Shape and share content across portfolios of Creative Industries, Tourism, Sport and Multicultural Interests.
* Lead and manage a team of creatives to deliver engaging, accessible digital experiences.
* Collaborate with senior executives and key stakeholders to optimise department outcomes and mitigate risk in the information environment.
