Sinclair Wilson is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Managing Accountant to join our Colac team. For the right person, there is an opportunity to fast track your career aspirations. In this role, you will deliver exceptional accounting, tax, and advisory services across a diverse client portfolio, while supporting the development of the team and contributing to the firm's growth and operational efficiency.

You are a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise and a focus on delivering outstanding client outcomes. You thrive in a collaborative environment, confidently manage your own client portfolio, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff. You are also keen to drive process improvements and identify opportunities to add value for clients, helping the team and the firm achieve its objectives.
Key Attributes
* 10+ years' experience in accounting and tax, with proven technical competence.
* Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax legislation, and compliance requirements.
* Ability to manage a client portfolio independently with excellent time-management skills.
* Able to inspire others with your leadership, motivating the team and championing community involvement.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills.
* Able to tackle challenges head-on with sharp analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
* Ability to mentor and support junior team members effectively.
