The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is a key position within our organization, responsible for attracting and selecting top talent.
As a member of the APAC Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, you will be part of a team dedicated to finding the best candidates for our company.
This role involves partnering with internal stakeholders to meet their hiring needs and delivering consistent and standardized recruitment processes.
* Consult with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
* Deliver high-quality recruitment services that meet our company's standards.
* Build strong partnerships with recruitment service providers to enhance our recruitment capabilities.
* Participate in the onboarding process and provide feedback to improve our recruitment practices.
We are looking for someone with:
* 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
* Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms.
* A creative mind with a strong drive to enhance employee experience.
* A high degree of professionalism, judgment, and discretion when handling confidential information.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
