You will contribute to high-quality mental health assessment and treatment within a strong clinical governance framework to ensure consistent, excellent care for every patient, every time. We are a team committed to continuous improvement, clinical excellence, and innovation in ambulatory mental health services, supported by strong multidisciplinary leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Level 3 Social Worker, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred assessment, treatment, and case coordination to adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Your role includes supporting individuals in their recovery journey, helping them achieve goals and improve wellbeing, and providing specialist input on complex issues such as family and domestic violence, child protection, and psychosocial stressors. Promoting family and cultural inclusion will be central to your approach, ensuring holistic, inclusive, and responsive mental health care.

Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to navigate competing demands, and a flexible, proactive mindset in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be supported by the Community Manager, Clinical Coordinator, and Head of Discipline, with access to ongoing education and supervision from district-level clinical leaders and discipline-specific advisors.
