As an Accounts Clerk, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining client accounts, providing responsive customer service, and supporting financial operations. The position is essential in ensuring the accuracy of account data, timely debt recovery, and compliance with relevant guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver consistent frontline client service, addressing enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Manage client accounts, including processing receipts, refunds, account reconciliations, and general account maintenance.
* Undertake debt recovery activities and review account statuses to support revenue collection targets.
* Ensure all actions comply with audit, policy, and internal procedure requirements, aligning with Crown Lands' business plan.
* Monitor and maintain the accuracy and integrity of client and land account data, including generating and reviewing automated reports.
* Manage data entry, data maintenance, and process improvement tasks.
* Prepare financial information and reports for management as requested.

* Relevant qualification or hands-on experience in revenue collection or debt management (preferred).
