About the Role
* Full Time | 12 months Fixed Term (Parental leave cover)
* Term 3 2026 – Term 2 2027
* French Years 5-10 (possibility to teach VCE)
* Experience in Primary and Secondary French teaching
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in line with the curriculum
* Ability to demonstrate effective teaching practices across different year levels
* Provide regular feedback to students and maintain accurate records of progress
* Actively participate in school events, meetings, and co-curricular activities as needed
* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students thrive
About You
* Relevant teaching qualifications and current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
* A strong background in teaching French
* Outstanding knowledge of the subject curriculum
* Skilled in creating meaningful connections with students and colleagues
* Have a passion for introducing fresh, innovative teaching methods that inspire young minds.
* Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively and creatively with others to improve the quality of programs and enhance student outcomes
