About the Job
The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service jobs across multiple trades, managing job allocation, technician dispatch, and workflow updates, as well as liaising with clients regarding bookings, timelines, and job progress.
You will use software to track and manage service delivery, assist with procurement, invoicing, and general administration, and work closely with the team to meet KPIs and maintain service excellence.
