Position: Sales and Service Insurance Consultant

Location: Muswellbrook NSW 2333

Full-Time | 9:00am - 5:00pm | Monday – Friday

Start date: 13th October

Sales & Service Insurance Consultant / Authorised Representative of NRMA Insurance

Represent a well-known general insurance brand as an Authorised Representative and join the team on a permanent basis.

Please note: The successful applicant will be employed by Country Services Pty Ltd*, not NRMA Insurance.*

Join us in a dynamic, customer-first environment where your people skills and sales acumen make a real impact. This is a front-line customer service role with a strong sales focus, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced team setting and is driven to meet business goals.

As the friendly face and voice of our branch, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service and driving success. Your core responsibilities will include:

* Providing outstanding customer support, both in person and over the phone, with warmth and professionalism
* Providing assistance with NRMA Insurance and The NRMA M&S products in a way that meets customer needs and builds trust
* Collaborating with a small, high-performing team to achieve individual sales targets and branch-wide goals

* Completing training and maintaining compliance, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of products and procedures

* Accurately receipting payments for Insurance and Membership transactions with attention to detail

What We're Looking For:

We're searching for someone who brings both expertise and enthusiasm to our customer-focused environment. To thrive in this role, you'll need:

* Exceptional customer service skills, backed by at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing position
* Collaborative spirit with the ability to work closely within a small team to achieve sales targets
* Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect confidently and clearly
* Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
* Proven problem-solving ability, with creative thinking and sound judgement
* Tech-savviness, including proficiency across multiple computer programs
* Confident cash handling, ensuring transactions are smooth and accurate
* Experience in the banking or insurance sector is a bonus, but not a must—we value your transferable skills and potential
