This role will ideally suit allied healthcare professionals like scrub/scout nurses, physiotherapists, etc. Alternatively, you may already be an experienced medical devices qualified.
About the Role: With a key focus on customer and clinical excellence, the Clinical Specialist is primarily responsible for providing exceptional service by offering solutions to Surgeons and Medical/Healthcare professionals across Arthrex’s product portfolio including Sports Medicine & Arthroscopy, Distal Extremities & Traumatology, Imaging & Resection, Shoulder Arthroplasty and Orthobiologics. Key responsibilities include:
Providing in-theatre clinical support during cases, delivering in-servicing for customers, and supporting new product launches
Developing effective relationships and liaising with Surgeons and Theatre staff; promoting products/solutions that address customer pain points
Identifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities including generating leads and presenting product information
Developing and implementing strategic territory performance plans
About the Requirements:
Successful clinical or sales track record in Sports Medicine, Trauma, Orthopaedic or similar e.g. ina similar medical device role or as a Scrub Nurse, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Osteopath, Exercise Physiologist, Podiatrist or Paramedic or similarallied health professional.
Strong team orientation, and a long term, relationship-based customer approach
Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers
Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills
