Our client are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Design Manager / Design Lead to join their growing and successful business. Ideal sector experience: Education, Data Centre, Health & Commercial. Must have : Sydney Tier 1 or 2 builder and commercial construction experience for a number of years. Responsibilities: Design Lead – Pre-construction and Standards: This is a 2ic leadership role which provides support to Head of Design and has overall responsibility for the management of pre-construction tenders, Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) design management across all sectors and partnering with the Design Director to embed front-end buildability design innovation and minimum design standards. With significant Design leadership expertise across a range of sectors, this role requires a creative problem-solving mindset and collaborative, client focused interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, identify and prioritise key outcomes in a pressured environment.
