You will work with project managers to develop strategies for client projects. This involves identifying and recruiting expert advisors to address business questions.

Responsibilities include working on developing strategies, identifying experts using various resources, inviting leads, screening candidates, collaborating with the team, and recruiting new experts into the network.
You will support project management and customer service efforts to deliver excellent results for clients.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution by 2025
* Previous experience such as internships, volunteering, or extracurricular activities
* Ability to start full-time work in January 2026
* Desire to work in a sourcing/lead generation role
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Outgoing personality with the ability to communicate with people at all professional levels
* Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work individually and as part of a team
