You will play an integral role within the senior aged care management team that put service delivery at the forefront of their business operations.

As the Quality & Auditing Coordinator, you will be required to oversee the quality assurance, risk analysis, aged care compliance, clinical governance, auditing & accreditation standards across a portfolio of aged care residences in QLD. Working closely with the Quality and Compliance Manager and Facility Managers at each site.
You will be required to provide accreditation support, conduct gap & risk analysis, ensure a high standard of quality care, continuous improvement, clinical governance, developing & implementing of innovative programs & promoting a systematic approach to care.
**The Requirements**:
- Valid AHPRA registration - Div 1 Registered Nurse (Essential)
- At least 3 years Senior Aged Care Management experience
- Demonstrated Quality, Compliance & Clinical Governance experience
- Expert knowledge of the Aged Care accreditation process
- Excellent understanding of quality assurance & auditing processes
- Continuous improvement, gap & risk analysis experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & leadership skills
- A passion for Aged Care
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel regularly when required
