About the Role
Provide high level administrative, clerical and secretarial support to the Associate Director Clinical Operations and within the sector office generally.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Organise and manage correspondence, records, documents, and data.
* Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with staff, stakeholders, and the community.
* Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
* Demonstrate strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and database systems.
* Manage time effectively and prioritise multiple competing tasks.
* Research, collect, and analyse information and data.
* Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Coordinate office administration tasks, including records management, meeting coordination, and minute taking.
