Job Overview
We're looking for a reliable and dedicated Tuckshop Assistant to join our team on a casual basis.
The Tuckshop Assistant plays an important role in supporting the smooth daily operations of the St Catherine's Catholic College Tuckshop. This position involves assisting in preparing and serving food, coordinating volunteers, managing stock and orders, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
Responsibilities
* Assist in preparing and serving food to students and staff.
* Coordinate volunteers for the tuckshop operations.
* Manage stock levels and place orders as necessary.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
* Deliver customer service in a friendly, welcoming manner.
* Support the school's mission and Catholic values in all interactions.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Organised, reliable and able to work in a busy environment.
* Demonstrated food handling skills and attention to detail.
* Must hold a valid Blue Card before commencement (No Card, No Start policy).
* Pre‐employment medical assessment required.
* Knowledge or experience of working in a school tuckshop preferred.
