Security Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Security professional to join our team in a supervisory role. As a Security 2IC, you will be responsible for managing a team of Security Officers and overseeing the site-based control room and CCTV system.
Your key responsibilities will include assessing and mitigating risks on site, responding to calls for assistance and alarm events, implementing effective strategies for engaging with persons of interest, communicating effectively with all persons while on-duty, providing advice and directions, promoting workplace health and safety, and inputting data on site/client systems.
* A valid Security Licence is essential
* Basic First Aid and CPR certification is required
* Previous experience in a security supervisory or management role is highly regarded
* Reliable transportation is preferred
