We are currently seeking an Account Manager (6 month fixed-term contract) to join our naturopath practitioner sales team. You'll be Brisbane-based, servicing our Brisbane, Toowoomba and Cairns clients.
Whether you're between roles, looking to get back into the workforce, or simply enjoy the variety and challenge that contract work brings, this could be a great opportunity to make an immediate impact. You’ll be out on the road, managing existing customer relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and driving sales outcomes across your territory.
Responsibilities
- Work towards annual sales budget, KPI's and objectives for allocated Practitioner customer territory
- Execute all sales, marketing and education plans/promotions, including NPD distribution, across all customers
- Effectively manage a territory call cycle representing all Integria Practitioner brands across an allocated territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Practitioner customers, ensure customer enquiries are processed accurately and in a timely manner and actively looking for new business opportunities on territory
- Analyse customer performance and sales reports on a regular basis and provide dynamic intelligence on competitor and general market activity
- Complete 6-8 Practitioner customer calls per on road day
- Perform as a responsible, qualified team member and manage time effectively so that deadlines and priorities are met
- Representing the company at trade shows, conferences and seminars
What you’ll bring
We are seeking someone who:
- Is a qualified naturopath, or herbalist
- Has a demonstrated record of achieving sales targets
- Is a dedicated team player with outstanding communication, time management and negotiation skills
- Focuses on customer service and development of internal and external relationships
- Displays excellent analytical and business development skills
- Is self-motivated, proactive and works autonomously and with drive and initiative
- Experience in Microsoft systems (excel, D365)
- Highly organised and independent with the ability to prioritise own workload
