About The Business For over 80 years, the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) has empowered individuals and organisations to thrive with industry-focused education solutions. AIM has developed over 100 short courses and Vocational Qualifications to help our students advance their skills and career, regardless of industry and experience.
Responsibilities
* Design and develop practical learning materials including course outlines, participant workbooks, facilitator guides, and real-world case studies on AI adoption and governance.
* Create engaging, scenario-based learning assets such as presentations, decision frameworks, applied exercises, and reflection activities grounded in real organisational contexts.
* Work closely with the Learning Designer to translate AI leadership challenges into clear, actionable learning experiences for non-technical leaders.
* Ensure content is structured, learner-focused and outcome-driven, drawing on sound instructional design principles.
* Develop materials suitable for both virtual and face-to-face delivery, with a strong emphasis on discussion, application and facilitated learning.
* Contribute current, practice-led insights on AI governance, ethics, risk and responsible use to keep course content credible and relevant.
About You
* Demonstrated practical experience with AI use in organisational or leadership contexts, including decision-making, governance, accountability and risk management.
* Ability to translate AI leadership issues into practical scenarios, case studies and decision frameworks. contribute real-world examples, case studies or scenarios drawn from professional experience.
* Solid grasp of adult learning principles and experience contributing to leadership-level learning programs.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex and ambiguous AI concepts clearly.
* Comfortable working collaboratively with Learning Designers and stakeholders to iterate, refine and improve learning content.
* Self-directed, intellectually curious and committed to staying current with evolving AI leadership practices.
