* This position involves working closely with multiple directorates to coordinate the development, implementation, and administration of user support and access management for our corporate business systems.
* The ideal candidate will be able to investigate, analyse, and prioritise assigned incidents and service requests, and provide specialist advice on administration functions for our key corporate systems.

Responsibilities
* Proactively manage corporate system development, administration, and support needs across multiple directorates.
* Investigate, analyse, and prioritise assigned incidents and service requests for Council business systems.
* Provide specialist advice regarding administration functions for the Council's key corporate systems.
* Allocate and maintain employee access to business systems in appropriate time frames.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualification in Business Systems or an Information Technology related field, or demonstrated experience in similar system support, implementation, or development roles.
* Class C Driver's Licence.
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
