Protech are recruiting for our a brand new client operating in the vibrant Mackay region. We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated individuals to join us.
Role:
Location: Mackay Port (Harbour Mackay) – Locals only
Work days: Monday to Saturday – occasional Sunday work
Work times: 6.30am to 5.00pm
Duration: upto 6 months
Requirements:
• Valid Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence, HR Drivers Licence Desirable
• Reliable transport to and from work is a MUST
• Previous experience in civil construction labouring
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with general labouring duties on civil construction sites
• Completing, Prep work, drainage
• Operating basic hand and power tools under supervision
• Following health and safety protocols at all times
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Adhering to project timelines and deadlines
• Roller operator – Geo Fabrication and general operating
Skills and Attributes:
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Punctuality and time management skills
• Roller Operator – RII or VOC within 2 years
