Job Opportunity:

The Project Support Officer plays a crucial role in facilitating the efficient delivery of services to customers.

Key responsibilities include providing support to the Field Service Operations Manager, Project Coordinators, Estimators, Team Leaders, and Administrators.

A strong candidate will have developed processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you should possess relevant qualifications and experience with electronic project management systems, ERP/MRP systems, and advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with an engineering or trade field service environment is also essential.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

* Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent
* Experience with Syteline
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Engineering/trade field service environment exposure
