Community Engagement Role
The Community Engagement Advisor plays a crucial role in driving relationships and engagement between the branch and its local community. This position aims to create demand for in-branch experiences, digital channels, and grow the business.
To be successful in this role, you will coordinate and manage the community engagement strategy for your local community bank company. You will attend local events, drive relationships with key stakeholders in the community, and create awareness through social media and local marketing activation.
This role requires a strong customer service ethos, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience in marketing and managing social media pages. You must be able to work independently and unsupervised, have project or event management experience, and possess excellent PC skills.
