ABOUT THE COMPANY Boutique Australian-owned freight forwarder based in Victoria. ABOUT THE ROLE A typical Operations All-Rounder role is associated with a boutique forwarder. Involved hands-on in all aspects of the operational process, including registrations, trans-shipments, some auto-rating, transport, customer service and invoicing. Work closely with clients to ensure smooth delivery of goods door to door. This is a full-time role with a national focus, working in a settled team with fantastic support. DUTIES • Registration of import air and sea files into CW1 • Act as the single point of contact for clients • Ensure shipment files are passed onto Customs and Transport complete and on time • Input all costing and rates into job orders • Provide regular status updates to a portfolio of clients SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • 5 year minimum experience in a small forwarder environment • Demonstrated previous experience with CW1 • Exposure to working in a team environment • Ability to work autonomously on a tradelane • Strong computer skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) COMPANY CULTURE Small team, working closely with the owner and key stakeholders.
