Position Summary This contract role sits within the firm’s equity compensation business during a key transition period to an external service provider. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and continuity of service, assisting teams across trading, settlements, and reconciliations, while also supporting broader administrative and reporting functions. Key Responsibilities Liaise with external service providers to support operational tasks and data extracts. Deliver accurate business and management reporting, along with essential administrative support. Assist trading, settlements, and reconciliation teams with daily workflow. Provide flexible support across multiple functions during the transition period. Track and resolve queries, escalating issues where appropriate. Build effective relationships with internal teams, global colleagues, and external providers. Follow compliance and audit processes, escalating risks as required. Required Qualifications & Skills 2–3 years’ experience in financial services operations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasks. Proactive, adaptable mindset with solid problem-solving skills. Experience collaborating with offshore colleagues across time zones. Proficiency with common office technology and reporting tools.
