Location:Carole Park, Brisbane
Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 2:30pm (27.5 hours / week)
A long-established manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to manage accounts payable, payroll, and general office duties.
Key Duties:
- Process supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Prepare financial and ATO reports
- Weekly payroll processing, superannuation, and staff onboarding
- Respond to payroll and finance queries
- Manage office records, supplies, and communication
Requirements:
- 3–5 years' experience in Payroll / Accounts Payable roles
- Proficiency in Xero and / or Tanda
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Experience with EBAs or construction/engineering industries is a plus
