We're looking for an experienced
Senior BA
to join a Commercial Insurance tribe supporting a specialty lines product suite. This role suits someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, Agile environment and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead discovery and delivery phases
* Requirements gathering, analysis & documentation
* Support business change readiness with a Change Manager
* Engage with tech vendors, internal tech teams & business stakeholders
* Facilitate workshops and drive clarity in ambiguous spaces
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst working on
digital projects
within a complex enterprise environment, preferably in the
Insurance
sector.
* Strong hands-on experience delivering work for
digital platforms
(iOS & Android), including mobile-app journeys, in-app navigation, permissions, notifications and customer engagement features.
* Solid understanding of
system integrations and APIs
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
This role offers a
12-month contract
with a potential to extend and
$900 + super
on day rate. This role is
Sydney-based
, with a hybrid setting. You'll be joining a collaborative, delivery-focused tribe responsible for protecting businesses through a suite of specialty insurance products.
