The Opportunity
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to own and grow relationships across a diverse SMB customer portfolio.
You'll play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and expansion, acting as a trusted advisor to customers while influencing outcomes internally.
What You'll Do
Own customer relationships post-onboarding, proactively managing renewals and retention
Lead regular business reviews to uncover value, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risk
Manage escalations and coordinate with support where needed
Advocate for customer needs internally and help shape product and process improvements
About You
3+ years' experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced scale-up environment
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing an SMB customer base
Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build trusted relationships
Ability to go into the Sydney city office full time
