Project Coordinator Role

\

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of our offshore projects. Your primary responsibility will be to provide onshore teams with necessary support and feedback in developing activity execution documentation.

\


Key Responsibilities

\
\
1. Manage materials and logistics movements for all relevant scopes.
\
2. Develop and maintain daily progress reporting against schedule.
\
3. Ensure deliverables are completed on time and to required accuracy.
\
4. Provide effective coordination and communication between onshore and offshore teams.
\
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of project plans and strategies.
\
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
\
7. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
\
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
\
9. Perform other related duties as assigned.
\
10. Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
\
11. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
\
12. Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as approved.
\
13. Contribute to the development of training programs and materials to enhance the skills and knowledge of project team members.
\
14. Participate in performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to project team members.
\
15. Support the development of project proposals and business cases.
\
16. Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
\
17. Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement change management strategies.
\
18. Perform other related duties as assigned.
\

Required Skills and Qualifications

\
\
19. Minimum 5 years' experience in supervisory roles in project coordination and execution.
\
20. Experience in enabling execution success with multi-cultural workforce.
\
21. Formal engineering qualification or trade qualification with 10-year industry experience.
\
22. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
\
23. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
\
24. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
\
25. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
\
26. Ability to travel regularly and work flexible hours if required.
\
27. Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
\
28. Ability to contribute to the development and implementation of project plans and strategies.
\
29. Collaboration and teamwork skills.
\
30. Results-oriented and proactive approach to project delivery.
\
31. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\
32. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
\
