The Opportunity
We pride ourselves on the quality of our food and variety in our menus. As a night chef, you will be responsible for catering to the night crew and assisting in prepping for the following day. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
* Providing quality crib meals for the crew.
* Serving a la carte breakfasts according to menu and dietary requirements.
* Other duties as required by the Camp Manager and/or in line with service delivery requirements.

About you
* A positive, can-do attitude is what we're looking for. Having previous experience in a similar role, or in hospitality will work in your favour but is not mandatory.
* You will be working 12 hour shifts so need to physically fit.
* You must be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen.
Qualifications
* Certificate III Commercial Cookery (minimum requirement)
* Open driver's licence
* Permanent rights to work in Australia with no restrictions
