**Role**
To facilitate their continued growth, our client is appointing skilled Assistant Store Managers for their inner city and Logan stores. Reporting to the Store Manager you will oversee the daily management of the retail showroom and assist clients with their product selection.
**Other responsibilities include**:
- Preparation of quotes and sales orders
- Inventory management
- Execute in-store marketing campaigns
- Management of online orders when needed
- Support team to ensure KPI targets are met
**You**
To be successful in this role you will have prior people management experience in a retail showroom. Preferably you have experience in selling flooring or other relatable building products, and are comfortable dealing with Builders, Tradespeople, Architects and consumers.

- Lateral and tactical thinker
- Ability to work weekends
- High level of energy and a positive attitude
- Physically fit, and not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- 3-5 years in retail
- Ability to think on your feet in a fast paced environment
- Forklift license highly desirable
**Reward**
