We are seeking dedicated and reliable Support Workers to join Ballarat's care team. The participant attends a specialist school and requires assistance with all daily living activities, mobility support (including the use of a stroller), personal care, structured routines, and 24/7 supervision to ensure her safety and wellbeing.
Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa.
The role includes supporting meals, showering, hygiene, engagement in play‑based activities, community access, and implementing behaviour strategies according to her Behaviour Support Plan (BSP). Candidates must hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, and Police Check; be able to work flexible rosters, and ideally have experience supporting participants with Autism, Intellectual Disability, or Cerebral Palsy.
