Senior Contracts Administrator | Commercial New Builds $50M+ | Sydney
Join a Tier 2 commercial builder delivering complex, high-value projects across Sydney. With multiple new builds valued $50M+ in progress, they are now seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join their high-performing team and play a key role in commercial project delivery.
This is a career-defining opportunity to step into a senior commercial leadership role to lead the delivery of the project, working alongside experienced Project Managers and a supportive senior leadership team.
I have opportunities in new build commercial projects in Artarmon, Mascot, Castle Hill and Parramatta available with leading Tier 2 builders that you will know of.
The Role:
* Oversee full contract administration on large-scale commercial builds
* Prepare and manage head contracts, subcontracts, and procurement packages
* Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors
* Track variations, progress claims, and manage cost reporting
* Provide commercial input during design, delivery, and closeout phases
* Mentor and support junior CA staff on larger project teams
About You:
* Minimum 5–8 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction
* Proven experience on projects $30M+, ideally $50M and above
* Strong knowledge of Australian construction contracts and relevant legislation
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a high-pressure environment
* Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar
