You'll work closely with developers and stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in SAP Commerce and digital lifecycle frameworks to drive operational excellence and elevate customer experience.

What you'll be doing

* Monitor and maintain the stability and performance of our ecommerce and digital platforms, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure seamless user experiences.
* Lead DevOps activities including managing code deployments, triaging defects, responding to incidents and maintaining overall platform hygiene.
* Work closely with development teams to support ongoing platform enhancements, bug fixes and technical maintenance.
* Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups and backlog grooming to align development efforts with business priorities.
* Act as the primary contact for digital operations, managing communications and resolutions with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and operational playbooks to support consistent and efficient platform management.
* Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and implement automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
* Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team environment.
* Ensure all digital operations comply with corporate standards, policies and governance frameworks.
* Serve as an escalation point for the development team, offering support and direction on complex technical issues and decisions.

Who we're looking for

* Strong work ethic and commitment to showing up for a team.
* Openness to receive coaching and embrace self‑reflection and self‑growth.
* Accountability for your actions, emotions and willingness to venture beyond your comfort zone.
* Embraces innovation, takes calculated risks and inspires others to think outside the box.
* Ability to build meaningful relationships; prioritising customers while balancing commercial goals with satisfaction.
* High ethical standards, demonstrating honesty and integrity in all interactions.

What we're looking for

* Proven experience with digital platforms and applications, particularly SAP Commerce (Hybris); experience with SFCC is highly advantageous.
* Strong proficiency in CSS, Java Spring Framework, Solr, AzureSQL/MySQL and Angular Framework.
* Solid understanding of ERP integrations and API management.
* Minimum of five years in software engineering with hands‑on development experience.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in agile ceremonies.
* Effective communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to lead DevOps functions and manage platform operations.
* Familiarity with Digital Platform Lifecycle Framework and operational best practices.
* Experience supporting large‑scale, customer‑facing web applications.

What we offer

* The chance to join a great team of like‑minded, hard‑working people who are passionate about achieving our vision and growth objectives.
* Flexible working environment, allowing work‑from‑home days each week.
* A competitive salary package and suite of benefits and perks, including a 50% discount on our brands Hard Yakka, KingGee and NNT and a 5% Wesfarmers discount for Kmart, Bunnings, Officeworks and more.
* A tailored career and development plan, plus reward and recognition programs – whatever your goals, we're here to support you on that journey.
* Our Wellbeing program, Thrive, with activities designed to support financial wellness, celebrate diversity, encourage physical activity and maintain healthy minds, including challenges, yoga, meditation and access to our Employee Assistance Program.
* We Learn, a dedicated hub for all things learning and development.

We actively work on creating a safe, inclusive environment free of discrimination. At Workwear Group we aspire to build a culture where diversity is celebrated, team members feel a sense of "I Belong" and are empowered to bring their whole selves to work.
