Aircraft Maintenance Engineers: Key Roles
We are seeking highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join our team in Williamtown, NSW. The successful candidates will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of aircraft systems, including hydraulic, environmental, pneumatic, and propulsion systems.
* Key responsibilities include:
o Mechanical AMEs: Maintain, inspect, and diagnose issues with mechanical systems, including propellers and related components.
o Avionic AMEs: Oversee the maintenance and repair of avionic systems, including fault diagnosis and testing.
o Structures AMEs: Ensure the production, maintenance, and repair of sheet metal, bonded, and non-metallic composite materials and components on aircraft.
o Armament AMEs: Maintain emergency escape systems, egress systems, and aircraft weapon systems, from computers to stores and load carriers.
* The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Aeroskills or equivalent qualification, as well as experience working with Defence military aircraft.
* A strong interest in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced team environment is essential.
About You
* Holds a Certificate IV in Aeroskills or recognised training (Mandatory).
* Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain a Federal Government Security Clearance (Mandatory).
* Experience or a strong interest in working with Defence Military Aircraft.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to deliver work within a fast-paced team environment.
