Are you an experienced and qualified Hospitality Manager seeking a rewarding role in aged care? We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to oversee both kitchen and laundry operations in a management position. This diverse role will involve a balance of office-based tasks and hands-on kitchen duties.
About the Role:
As Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and high-quality delivery of hospitality services within our aged care facility in Ballarat. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Managing and leading both kitchen and laundry staff.
* Ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
* Managing inventory, budgeting, and compliance with food safety and aged care standards.
* Handling administrative duties related to hospitality services.
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure resident satisfaction.
* Hands on role in both kitchen and office
About You:
You will possess relevant qualifications and demonstrated skills in hospitality management, ideally within an aged care setting. The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in a leadership or management role, overseeing kitchen and/or laundry operations.
* Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management or Commercial Cookery.
* A strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* A compassionate and resident-focused approach.
* Ability to work effectively in both office and kitchen environments.
