Senior Environmental Leadership Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary Environment team across a broad region in Northern Territory and Queensland. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of driving client relationships, raising the profile of AECOM in the exciting Queensland and Northern Territory market, collaborating with the NQNT Leadership team across five offices to drive project success, and leading an established multidisciplinary Environment team.
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years' experience in Environmental work, including 5+ years in consulting, and a strong ability to manage Environment teams and deliver exceptional client outcomes. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to develop teams, mentor staff, and a proven track record in developing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive client relationships and raise the AECOM profile in an exciting Queensland and Northern Territory market.
* Collaborate with the NQNT Leadership team across five offices to drive project success.
* Lead an established multidisciplinary Environment team across a broad region.
Requirements:
* Ideally, 12+ years' experience in Environmental work including 5+ years in consulting.
* Familiar with multidisciplinary approaches to Environmental service offerings such as Remediation, EIA, Environmental Planning and Approvals, Ecology and GIS.
* Strong ability and proven background in managing Environment teams and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to develop teams and mentor staff.
* Proven track record in developing strong client relationships.
