Job Description
This role requires a visionary leader to drive the e-commerce product strategy across the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the APAC market and be able to set the tone for working relationships with internal teams and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define the APAC e-commerce solutions and product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
* Lead a team of up to 7 members in delivering these goals, focusing on leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, fostering partnerships that drive commercial outcomes.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, making informed decisions to enhance the e-commerce product strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong technical understanding of e-commerce payment systems, including card payments, settlement, and authorisation.
* Experience with integration layers, including shopping carts, plug-ins, SDKs, and HPPs, as well as fraud solutions and tokenisation.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
