Industrial Cleaning Specialist
* Clean offices, first aid rooms, ablution and shower facilities, and dining areas.
* Remove waste and restock lunchrooms and kitchenettes.
* Handle chemicals and adhere to safety protocols.
* Maintain cleanliness and perform routine maintenance of communal spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prior cleaning experience, preferably in an industrial setting (desired but not essential).
* Ability to work 10–12 hours daily.
* Pass a pre-employment medical examination and drug & alcohol screening.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
* Current driver's license and reliable transportation (early morning ferry commute required).
* Previous experience as a bus driver, highly desirable (and associated qualifications).
* Resident of Gladstone, preferred; no fly-in/fly-out arrangements.
