Salary : AUD75000 - AUD100000 per annum + Annual Bonuses
As a Senior Drafter / Architect, you will play a key role in designing and drafting high-end, custom million-dollar plus homes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for the high end space.
Key Responsibilities :
* Be a part of the drafting process for multi-million-dollar residential homes.
* Work closely with the team to ensure designs are accurate, efficient, and meet client expectations.
* Produce detailed architectural drawings and plans using Revit software.
* Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and best practices in residential construction.
* Coordinate with clients to understand project needs and incorporate their vision into the design.
* Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and quality standards.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in architectural drafting and design within the residential construction industry.
* Proficiency in Revit software is a must.
* Extensive experience working on high-end, luxury residential projects valued at $1 million or more.
* Strong understanding of residential construction methods, building codes, and design principles.
* Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality drawings.
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and colleagues.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
