You'll be building the entire partnerships and ambassador ecosystem behind one of Australia's fastest-growing energy brands — Kamikaze.

About the Role
You'll take full ownership of our brand partnerships, activations, influencer and ambassador strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
From securing high-value collaborations to building a scalable ambassador network, this role is about creating cultural relevance and driving measurable growth.
You'll manage an annual budget, own key relationships and ensure every partnership delivers ROI.
What You'll Be Doing
* Build and execute the full influencer, activation and ambassador strategy
* Secure and manage high-value brand collaborations
* Lock in key talent across Australia and New Zealand under contract
* Oversee gifting and outreach (supported by Social Coordinator)
* Manage and grow existing partnerships (including Run Nation)
* Identify opportunities across sport, music, fitness and lifestyle
* Track, analyse and report on ROI across all partnerships
* Manage and optimise annual partnerships budget
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in influencer, talent, or brand partnerships
* Strong network across Australian (and ideally New Zealand) talent and creators
* Commercial mindset — you understand ROI, not just reach
* Confident negotiator with contract experience
* Deep understanding of youth culture, events and social trends
* Highly organised, proactive and results-driven
