Compensation Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to support our busy function in processing the fortnightly payroll in a timely and efficient manner.
* This role will involve being the primary point of contact for daily communication with key business stakeholders.
* The successful candidate will manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and on time.
* Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
* Analyse and process timesheets for multiple locations.
* Understand taxation of employer paid benefits and PAYG.
* Manage new starters and terminations.
* Generate fortnightly and monthly financial reporting.
* Leave Processing/Deductions/Allowances/Bonus/Choice of Super.
* Build strong relationships across the business.

Requirements
* 3-5 years' experience in payroll processing.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, awards and ability to interpret EBAs.
* Proficiency with SAP preferred, not essential.
* Experience with Kronos desirable.
* Intermediate experience in Excel and able to generate financial reports.
* Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication.
* High level of professionalism, dealing with sensitive, confidential documents and personal information.
* Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to uphold compliance standards.
