**About the Contract**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand the staffing requirements for upcoming projects in oil and gas.
- Identify skills and qualifications required for various roles in oil and gas projects.
- Use different channels to find potential contractors.
- Keep a database of qualified contractors, including availability, certifications and work history.
- Negotiate contract terms with contractors, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Manage relationships with staffing agencies and subcontractors.
- Stay updated on laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Ensure contractors follow safety and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation for each contractor, including certifications and licenses.
- Coordinate onboarding for new contractors, including orientation and safety training.
- Facilitate the completion of required paperwork, background checks, and drug tests.
- Coordinate travel and accommodations for on-site contractors.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor on-site contractor performance and address issues promptly.
- Generate regular reports on staffing, contractor performance, and compliance.
**Key Selection Criteria**:
- Previous experience in oil and gas, managing a large number of contractors to site.
- Super organised individual who thrives on solving problems.
- Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach and self-motivated.
