We are looking for a Customer Field Technician to join our team in Brisbane North. As a Customer Field Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and installing, repairing, and maintaining nbn products and services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Cabling installation (copper and fibre) including jointing, jumpering and splicing
* Customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
* Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE
You will work autonomously, responsible for your own tasks and ensuring that high-quality work is delivered to customers. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and be self-managed.
A current and clean Driver's License is also essential for this role.
This is a permanent full-time position, working between the hours of 7am to 7pm based on business needs. We encourage a flexible working environment and offer a range of benefits to support your career and wellbeing.
