Job Title: Asbestos Consultant
We are seeking a skilled and diligent professional to undertake asbestos surveys and analysis.
* Must hold the P qualification and possess significant experience working within the asbestos industry on various projects.
* Excellent knowledge of relevant Health and Safety regulations.
* Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Pursue management, demolition and refurbishment surveys on a diverse range of sites.
Utilize site information to produce detailed reports for clients.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
Oversee contractors on site and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant health and safety procedures.
Identify and mitigate potential asbestos-related hazards.
Provide expert advice to clients on asbestos management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
