Church Administrator
Location: Wollongong, NSW (Hybrid)
Job Type: Part time – 22.8 hrs/week
Keiraville International Church is seeking a detail-oriented, self-directed administrator to support day-to-day operations of our Anglican community near the University of Wollongong. This role involves collaborating with ministry leaders and managing administrative, communications, and financial processes.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and update church databases, rosters, and communication systems.
* Prepare and distribute newsletters and other communication materials.
* Assist with financial record keeping, including accounts and budgeting.
* Provide practical support for services, events, and ministry activities.
Qualifications
* Proven administrative skills and experience in a similar role.
* Strong organizational and communication abilities.
* Commitment to Christian faith and alignment with church values.
* Flexibility to work from home as required.
